As Director of Associate Recruiting, Turner Phelps is responsible for the acceleration of growth and development for a team of Recruiters who are new to the industry, bridging the gap between sourcing IT talent and full life cycle recruiting. Prior to his leadership role, Turner was a high performing Recruiter at the firm for more than 6 years. He now enjoys helping his team achieve their successes, and has been a major contributor to the growth, maturity, and expansion of TG Federal’s delivery team.
